If the product you received is confirmed as counterfeit product, please contact us within 90 days of the order being received and provide the valid proof of inauthenticity. After confirmation by gizsale, you will receive the refund of the actual payment amount for the product, along with a coupon which is worth twice as much the product value.

 

Notes:

1. Valid proof of inauthenticity(verification proof of inauthenticity issued in the official website of corresponding brand) is needed. It need to be original and real without any alteration, addition or deletion, otherwise the proof will be invalid and gizsale will not provide you this service.

2. If you use this service for profit, you will not enjoy this policy and your credit rating would be downgraded.

3. The coupon only can be used to buy products in the same category and is not transferable. The valid period is 6 months.

 

  • Shipping Insurance Service Policy
