iPhone 15 pro max arrived in excellent condition with no visible ware. Had difficulty signing on to Ripesale web site to get the delivery status. By the time some one texted back the phone had be delivered.

I initially received a faulty device but the customer service team, specifically Chen, resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. The response was very prompt and professional, and seeing how this was dealt with, I would definitely not be put off from buying anything from them again as they ensured the replacement device was all set up and working for me.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Natural Titanium 256GB
It is the third device I am ordering from Ripesale. All I can say is that they are awesome. Fast service and response to any questions. Smooth transaction and swift reception of the phone. I went Post today and they checked where my parcel was by my order number and they explained to me that i need tracking number, not order number. I checked my email at once, it is very fortunate my tracking number had been sent to me already, Thanks Gizsale.
